What we collect

• Enquiry details. If you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, the topic you selected and your message.
• Booking details. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Cal.com and is subject to their privacy policy as well as ours.
• Technical data. Our host records standard server and request information such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and performance purposes.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising or analytics cookies on this site, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own marketing.

Reviews shown on this site are published on Trustpilot by their authors. We reproduce the name and text as they appear on the public Trustpilot profile. We do not collect anything about you when you read them.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To answer your enquiry. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, namely responding to someone who has asked us to.
• To arrange and hold a call you booked. Lawful basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
• To keep the site secure and working. Lawful basis: legitimate interests in protecting our systems.

Who processes it

• Vercel hosts this website and processes request logs.
• Resend delivers the notification emails generated by the contact form.
• Cal.com handles call bookings if you make one.

Each is a processor acting on our instructions under a data processing agreement. Where data is transferred outside the UK, that transfer relies on the relevant approved safeguards.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, then deleted. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, have it erased, restrict or object to our processing of it, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email admin@brokerlaunch.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the chance to put it right first.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. If you open the Cal.com booking window, Cal.com may set cookies necessary for the booking to work.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
